Recruitment Assistance Form

IPHCA’s Clinician Recruitment Service provides complimentary recruitment assistance to IPHCA member organizations.

Please submit positions in the following categories using the form below: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Certified Nurse Midwives, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors. Submit one form per vacancy.

Job Board Submission Form

This Job Board is here for you to share positions at federally qualified health centers in Illinois and will have to be approved by IPHCA. Posted jobs will be visible for 90 days. Each job needs to have its own posting.

The IPHCA Career Center will also allow non-organizational members with a facility located in a Health Professional Shortage Area or Medically Underserved Area to post non-provider jobs on the IPHCA Career Center website. IPHCA reserves the right to deny any employer from posting. Examples of eligible jobs include: Medical Assistants, LPNs, Lab Techs, Executive/Administrative/Operations, IT, HR, Community Health Workers, Navigators, etc. For questions about eligible positions contact careercenter@iphca.org.

No candidates will be referred from the IPHCA system, applicants will be directed to apply to your site directly. Please be sure to provide clear application instructions in your posting. Salary ranges are required per Illinois law.
